Exchange Policy:

At Cocolili, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While we work diligently to produce apparel of the highest quality that meets and often exceeds international standards, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary.

Please note the following exchange policy details to both local and international customers:

  • We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Sales items are considered final sales.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, we are happy to accommodate your request as long as the item has not been worn and the tags are intact.

  • Please be aware that we only offer the option to exchange products; cash or credit card refunds are not available.

  • Store Credit is exclusively offered to customers within Kenya on non-sale items only.

  • Store Credit is valid for one (1) month from the date of return.

To reiterate, while we do not issue any form of refunds, we will be happy to exchange the products as long as the item has not been worn and the tags are intact.
