CocoLili accepts all major credit cards through PesaPal an easy and secure method of online payment. You do not need a PesaPal account for this transaction. Just follow the payment instructions.

All our apparel is handmade and produced ethically in Kenya. We work hard to produce apparel of the best quality which meets and often surpasses international standards. However, if we did not meet your expectations and you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange the products. Please note that we only offer the option to exchange. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Store Credit is offered to customers within Kenya only and is valid for three (3) months from the date of return.

There are no returns on sale or discounted items.

All returned goods should be in good order, unworn, packaging and branding intact. The returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and not receipt of goods.

Returns Procedure
Send an email to info@cocoliliafrica.com to inform us that you are returning your purchase, reasons for your return and whether you would like to exchange your purchase or store credit.
