COCOLILI accepts all major credit cards through Paypal.
We work hard to produce apparel of the best quality which meets and often surpasses international standards. However, if we do not meet your expectations and you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange the products as long as the item has not been worn and the tags are intact.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY OFFER THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
Store Credit is offered to customers within Kenya ON NON SALE ITEMS only and is valid for one (1) month from the date of return.
All returned goods should be in good order, unworn, packaging and branding intact. The returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and not receipt of goods.
Send an email to email@example.com to inform us that you are returning your purchase, reasons for your return and whether you would like to exchange your purchase or store credit.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is not refundable and is at the cost and liability of the sender.
