Worldwide Delivery Policy

We offer worldwide delivery to Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and the Caribbean via DHL, UPS or Fedex.  Shipment within East Africa is through local courier service.  Delivery to countries outside Kenya may be liable for customs and duty charge on entry into your country (rates dependant on your country), which is payable by the customer. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is your liabilty and therefore we cannot assume responsibility for any charges or delays due to customs authorities. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid.  We require 48 to 72 hours to process all international orders.  The estimated shipping time is anywhere between 4-10 working days excluding weekends and public holidays and depending on destination. You will receive an automated email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped, along with a tracking link. 

 

Deliveries within Kenya are not liable for any customs or duty charges and are done by local courier (Uber or Bolt).  Delivery costs are communicated at the time of delivery. Local orders received before 12 noon are usually processed and delivered the same day and no later than within 48 hours unless where circumstances are beyond our control.
