COCOLILI has gained significant recognition across both local and global platforms. In 2018, the brand was chosen as one of the ten African designer brands to be showcased at Coterie in New York City as part of the United Nations' Conscious Fashion campaign. In 2019, COCOLILI's Lulu jumpsuit made an appearance in the music video "Good Thing" by Nigerian singer Asa. The brand has also been featured in various media outlets, including LTOM on France Television, in-flight magazines of Ethiopian Airlines and Kenya Airways, Irish Times, Elle Magazine Cote d'Ivoire, Couture Africa, Moov'in Dak (a Senegalese fashion magazine), and the Kenya National Television channel. Additionally, COCOLILI made its debut at New York Fashion Week in February 2023, showcasing its swimwear collection, and later joined the Fifteen Percent Pledge community in May 2023, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
