However, if we do not meet your expectations and you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange the products as long as the item has not been worn and the tags are intact. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY OFFER THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. Store Credit is offered to customers within Kenya ON NON SALE ITEMS only and is valid for one (1) month from the date of return.
