We Ship Worldwide

Shipment to Asia, Australia, Europe and North America is done by DHL, while shipment within East Africa is through local courier service. Delivery to countries outside Kenya may be liable to customs and duty which is payable by the customer. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and therefore we cannot assume responsibility for any charges or delays due to customs authorities.  We require 48 to 72 hours to process all international orders.  The estimated shipping time is anywhere between 4-10 working days excluding weekends and public holidays and depending on destination.  Deliveries within Kenya are not liable for any customs or duty charges. Shipping will be done by local courier and shipping costs communicated at the time of delivery. Local orders received before 12 noon are usually processed and delivered the same day and no later than within 48 hours.
